Luxury Real Estate Professional Will Represent Home Resales in the Community
Naples, FL (Jan. 12, 2012) – Broker Associate Joni Albert has joined Mediterra Realty Inc. She will exclusively represent homeowners in Mediterra who are interested in listing their homes for sale within the luxury golf and beach club community.
Albert, who will work at the Mediterra Sales and Information Center just off Livingston Road in Naples, brings nearly 30 years of real estate experience to her new position. Most recently she was a Broker Associate with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Naples, focusing on the luxury real estate market. She also has prior experience with high-end real estate agencies operating on prestigious Fifth Avenue.
Albert said she is excited to have the opportunity to represent Mediterra. “This community has established itself as one of our area’s most successful golf and beach communities,” she said. “As the local real estate market continues to rebound, we’re seeing more and more luxury home shoppers in the market and I’m eager to help them learn about all the wonderful things Mediterra has to offer.
Albert has been very active with local REALTOR® organizations and in 2010 was named the Women’s Council Member of the Year for the Naples-on-the-Gulf Chapter.
